Stealth Stanford AI Startup, a cutting-edge technology company based in the United States, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Geneva, OH. Specializing in defense industry projects, our company prides itself on innovation and excellence. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in HVAC, ECU, and heating systems to lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in systems engineering and will play a key role in managing budgets, costs, and schedules for design assignments.

As an Engineering Manager at our company, you will supervise a team of 8-12 engineers, designers, and technicians. Your responsibilities will include completing annual performance reviews for yourself and your direct reports, setting and achieving goals while assisting others to do the same. You will manage new product development projects, production support changes (ECR/ECO’s), as well as team priorities. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical write-ups for proposals and quotes to Sales and BD departments.

The successful candidate must be a US Citizen with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of System Engineering experience is required along with proficiency in SolidWorks/SolidWorks Electrical or AutoCAD software. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interfacing with internal teams as well as external customers and vendors.
