We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering principles and extensive experience in industrial systems. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for leading the design, analysis, and optimization of complex process systems to ensure they meet operational and regulatory standards. You will also play a key role in guiding junior engineers, providing strategic technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality process solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of complex process systems.
- Prepare detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications.
- Conduct mass and energy balance calculations, process simulations, and evaluate alternative solutions for improving process efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of process documentation such as technical reports and design reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding process-related matters.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support their development.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, safety risks, and lead efforts to implement solutions.
- Propose, evaluate, and implement process improvements based on ongoing analysis.
