We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the planning, organization, and successful execution of engineering projects within our domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI), Project Management Office (PMO) practices, CapEx project management - both tactical and strategic initiatives. Additionally, this role requires expertise in Predictive & Preventive Maintenance programs along with CMMS implementations.

Responsibilities include directing departmental activities related to capital expenditures for engineering projects, coordinating project activities efficiently to ensure timely completion aligned with the overall plan. The Senior Engineering Manager will provide essential electrical and mechanical troubleshooting support across operations while overseeing installation processes to meet specifications effectively. Moreover, this role involves analyzing accidents or breakdowns within the area of responsibility and implementing corrective measures promptly.

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited University along with at least three years of managerial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is crucial while having the ability to interpret technical procedures or regulations effectively. Preferred qualifications include 8+ years in an Industrial Environment with a focus on Engineering & Maintenance as well as 5+ years in Casting and Rolling Mill Environment or similar Metal/Materials Processing fields.

• At least three years of experience in a manager or supervisory capacity
• 8+ years in Industrial Environment, Engineering & Maintenance Focus
• 5+ years in a Casting and Rolling Mill Environment
• BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from ABET/EAC accredited University
