Mechanical Engineering Manager

Lumicity, a leading company in the RF and microwave industry, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team in the United States. As the Mechanical Engineering Manager at Lumicity, you will play a crucial role in leading the mechanical design and development of our products. You will be responsible for managing the Mechanical Engineering team to ensure efficient product design processes. Additionally, you will oversee new product introduction (NPI) activities to facilitate smooth production transitions and maintain accurate electronic documentation through supervision of the Document Control team. Your expertise will be essential in standardizing mechanical design processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

In this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (Master's degree preferred), along with at least 15 years of experience in RF/microwave product design, packaging, and manufacturing. Proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, LabVIEW, ERP systems, and document control systems is required. Your strong leadership skills with a focus on process improvement will be crucial for success in this position. Additionally, US citizenship is required for security reasons with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
