Operations Director - Power Generation

We are currently seeking an Operations Director to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia.

As the Operations Director at JIGPC, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe operation and reliability of the facility by managing operational discipline, quality control, and cost reduction efforts. You will work closely with various teams to achieve operational excellence while complying with HSE standards to achieve zero injuries.

Key responsibilities of this role include developing management systems, training programs, and operator competencies to enhance overall performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining close relationships with customers, supporting their needs, and preparing operation budgets to meet staffing requirements effectively. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical) with at least 15 years of experience in large complex facilities related to industrial gas and plant operations.

• Minimum 15 years in large complex facilities
• Experience in industrial gas and plant operations
• Previous experience as an Operations Director
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• Master's degree preferred
• Fluency in English
