Maintenance Project Manager

SANKYU Saudi Arabia, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Project Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced individual with at least 8 years of strong maintenance experience as a Superintendent in this field.

As the Maintenance Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and control of functions related to personnel administration, motivation, needs analysis, planning and scheduling, budgeting, organization structure development, program implementation, and coordination with plant operations. You will act as the custodian of contracts from the contractor's side and ensure that safety requirements, OSHA standards, specifications, good engineering practices, and housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10-20 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance. You must possess sound technical and managerial abilities to effectively lead the entire contractor workforce. Your responsibilities will include initiating safety codes and training requirements for all project personnel, conducting safety audits as per requirements, ensuring availability of personal protective equipment on-site, and setting a personal example by wearing appropriate protective clothing at all times.
