As the Head of Planning Maintenance & Scheduling, you will play a crucial role in leading our contractor's maintenance planning section. Your responsibilities will include preparing long-term maintenance plans, utilizing efficient maintenance systems like CMMS, monitoring data for management review, optimizing resources, and providing inputs for maintenance budget preparation across all plants. You will also be responsible for reviewing actual versus budgeted expenditure on maintenance activities and recommending actions to minimize deviations. Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports on work plans and major activities completed while attending regular meetings with the maintenance department.

To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 10-20 years of experience in the field. You should possess strong leadership skills and be adept at managing KPIs related to maintenance planning sections. Furthermore, your ability to conduct manpower planning effectively will be essential for success in this position.
