As an MEP Manager at Lucid Motors, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of all MEP systems on one of our most significant projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, adhering to safety protocols, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and delivering exceptional quality within specified timelines. We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 15 years of commercial or industrial construction experience. Prior involvement in heavy industrial facilities would be advantageous as you collaborate closely with project team members while supervising craft employees.
Your duties as an MEP Manager will encompass a wide array of responsibilities to ensure project success. You must possess extensive knowledge of various MEP systems such as plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, compressed air networks, medium voltage networks, low voltage power networks, low current systems, and data systems. In addition to overseeing trade contractors and subcontractors to maintain high-quality work standards aligned with project goals, you will lead contractor meetings regularly using Procore for documentation purposes. Your role also involves collaborating with designers and internal/external stakeholders for seamless integration of MEP systems while supervising construction activities and acting as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related matters.
