Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all aspects of MEP projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Mentor and supervise project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical or a related field.
• Professional certification in MEP management.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building codes.
• Experience working in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
