National Housing Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Development Director for the Real Estate Investments Department to drive growth and profitability within their real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives aligned with NHC's vision for sustainable urban development and housing solutions. They will conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support decision-making processes.
The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy for real estate investments in line with NHC's objectives and growth targets. This includes conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks while staying informed about local and international real estate market conditions. Additionally, they will identify new business opportunities such as partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions to expand NHC’s investment portfolio.
Key responsibilities also include leading the preparation of feasibility studies, analyzing economic, financial, and technical aspects of potential projects to ensure alignment with NHC’s goals. The Director will develop detailed financial models to evaluate project profitability, forecast cash flows, assess ROI, analyze investment proposals, conduct deal structuring and negotiation while overseeing project management from inception through completion.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Real Estate or Finance is a plus. Experience in business development or investment management within the real estate sector focusing on large-scale projects is required. Skills needed include expertise in financial modeling, feasibility studies, investment analysis along with negotiation skills and strategic planning abilities.
