Key responsibilities of this role include preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, monitoring project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost control processes, identifying potential cost risks, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve cost estimation and control processes. You will also be involved in reviewing contractor bids, contracts, and change orders to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with a tier-1 technical advisor in both private and public sectors transactions. A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, standards, building codes prevailing in KSA, financial analysis, and cost management is required. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field is necessary for this role.
