As an Operations Manager at Proven, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our team of technicians nationwide. You will be responsible for managing operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks. Key responsibilities include managing approximately 30 technicians, tracking their tasks to ensure completion and quality, evaluating technical skills, organizing training sessions for skill enhancement, allocating resources efficiently, enforcing safety protocols, handling client inquiries related to installation and maintenance, maintaining inventory levels, resolving technical issues promptly, developing KPIs for measuring efficiency, implementing incentive programs for recognition, fostering a collaborative team environment through team-building activities, promoting continuous improvement through process reviews, and focusing on strategies to enhance overall team performance.

The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in operations management within the technical services industry. A background in managing teams of technicians or similar roles is essential.
