Operations Manager

Our client, a leading industrial recycling company in Saudi Arabia and the region, is looking for an experienced Processing Operations Manager to join their team. Committed to maintaining a leadership role in the recycling sector, our client continually expands operations, introduces new functions, and broadens production lines. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage processing functions across multiple branches to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

As the Processing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, process optimization, and team development to achieve operational excellence. You will prepare annual plans and budgets for the Operations function in support of business objectives while facilitating the allocation of resources for target operational results. Additionally, you will direct the purchase and layout of processing equipment, establish workflows to maximize efficiency and quality, implement production planning, and drive continuous improvement through LEAN principles.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or a related field with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Metal Recycling or Manufacturing Management. You should have a proven track record in process improvement, LEAN manufacturing practices, process automation, cost reduction initiatives, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English is required with Arabic language proficiency being an advantage.
