We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (UAE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. With a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the UAE, especially with Trakhees Authority Dubai & Dubai Municipal Authority, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects while aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.

As the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, monitoring project progress, identifying and managing risks, overseeing budget management, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations, leading project teams effectively, facilitating meetings for alignment and engagement, evaluating outcomes for improvements, and providing regular status reports to management.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in project management software tools, the capacity to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments, knowledge of UAE regulations and industry standards. Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent would be advantageous along with holding a valid UAE Driving License.
