As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Business Continuity Management framework. This includes regularly reviewing and updating BCM policies, procedures, and documentation. You will conduct thorough risk assessments and BIAs to identify potential threats to business operations while collaborating with various departments to gather data and analyze critical business functions. Utilizing BCM solutions such as Clearview and Castellan will be essential for planning, implementation, and management of BCM activities.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Continuity Management along with in-depth knowledge of BCM frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 22301). Proficiency with BCM solutions such as Clearview and Castellan is required. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Certification in BCM (e.g., CBCI) would be preferred.
