As a Fit Out Site Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee all aspects of the fit out construction site. You will work closely with the project manager, architects, and subcontractors to ensure the seamless execution of the project. Monitoring and inspecting the quality of work performed by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards, tracking project progress, preparing project documentation, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project are key components of this role. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fit out construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of local building codes and regulations are required. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, attention to detail, leadership qualities, and team management skills are essential for success in this role.
