Construction Supervisor

As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting construction plans, scheduling subcontractors and suppliers, managing project progress, ensuring quality control of work, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule while enforcing compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a construction supervisor or in a similar position, with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes. Strong communication skills are essential for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required, with preference given to candidates with Gulf experience. Candidates should be Indian nationals or currently residing in India, aged under 40. We offer a free work visa for 2 years along with accommodation and transportation facilities. The position involves 8-hour duty hours plus overtime as needed.
