As an Electrical Inspector – Building Services, you will be responsible for inspecting the installation of electrical systems within buildings. This includes lighting, power, and ELV services, with a primary focus on ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Your role will involve reviewing method statements for electrical services installation, monitoring standard installation details, and conducting various field tests to verify system performance. In addition to identifying any deviations or defects in installations, you will also be expected to prepare detailed inspection reports that outline your findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field. You must have a strong understanding of electrical systems and components, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
