8FigureOS, a Los Angeles-based consulting agency specializing in PM and CRM system implementation for scaling agencies, is currently looking to add a proactive and resourceful Account Manager to our remote team operating in the EST timezone. Our mission is to build end-to-end operational systems that facilitate sustainable growth for businesses, and we are seeking an individual who shares our passion for operational excellence.

As an Account Manager at 8FigureOS, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing projects from inception to completion, and driving operational efficiency through streamlined processes. Your responsibilities will include mastering and optimizing client operations, understanding each client's tech stack comprehensively, nurturing relationships for long-term growth, leading project delivery from scoping to execution, ensuring timely project completion with high quality standards, and refining processes to support scalability.

We are looking for candidates with experience in managing operations within an agency or consulting environment. Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a deep understanding of systems, processes, and tech stacks utilized in agency operations are key requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, strategic, detail-oriented with an execution-driven mindset, possess high integrity with a strong sense of ownership over projects, and have a genuine passion for systems, automation, and operational efficiency.
