As a Project Manager at Ceiba Tele ICU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined scopes and timelines. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, schedules, and issue logs while responding to technical inquiries from customers. Regular visits to customers and business partners will be necessary for providing support and facilitating technical meetings. Collaborating with stakeholders is key to meeting project requirements effectively. Additionally, your role will involve conflict resolution, escalation management, and proposing process optimization suggestions.

To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field along with at least 2 years of project management experience. Strong analytical skills are essential for problem-solving tasks while excellent communication abilities are required for interacting with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools is necessary along with fluency in English (both written and spoken) for effective presentations. The ideal candidate will exhibit creativity, proactivity, an analytical approach to problem-solving, ability to work under pressure calmly, strong people management skills, stakeholder coordination expertise (technical and business), as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
