As a Senior Project Manager at GTech, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple enterprise-level IT programs and projects. Your responsibilities will include working closely with business leadership to define program scopes and priorities, coordinating multiple teams to design, build, and release software, tracking progress against key metrics, and providing insights to leadership on project status and risks. You will also be responsible for identifying and managing dependencies between various teams, improving program management standards and practices, resolving conflicts, managing communication with all parties involved in projects, ensuring effective risk management, and supporting European Union R&D project documentation processes.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a degree in Engineering or STEM fields (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics), at least 8 years of total experience with 5+ years of Project Management experience in banking, insurance, fintech or retail domains. Additionally, you should have experience managing large-scale IT projects and programs, hold a PMP Certification or have completed PMP Certification Trainings already. Fluency in English is required for both verbal and written communication.
