Requisite Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of total experience in financial and management accounting with reputable organizations.
Proven track record of successful financial leadership and strategic decision-making.
Extensive experience in financial operations.
Strong background in financial reporting and compliance, including knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
A sound understanding of compliance requirements for UAE entities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
MBA or master’s degree in finance or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, ACMA are compulsory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Accounting and Bookkeeping: Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and timely reporting to the management team.
Financial Performance: Ensure the organization's financial health by monitoring key financial metrics, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
Efficiency in Operations: Suggest and implement efficiency in overall financial operations including strong internal controls and take timely decisions.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and efficiencies to improve profitability.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards.
Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Best Practice: ensure the team performs its duties in line with international best practices.

Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
