As a Finance Executive at ACCOR, your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining effective communication with all hotel departments to enhance cooperation and productivity. You will be tasked with responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will supervise the Accounts Receivable section, processing third-party claims, maintaining guest accounts in compliance with credit policies, and overseeing various financial transactions such as refunds and write-offs. Your role will also involve investigating collection issues and collaborating with relevant parties to address outstanding accounts effectively.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for this role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is also necessary to excel as a Finance Executive at ACCOR.
