In this role, you will supervise and coordinate activities within the Accounts Receivable section, processing third-party claims, maintaining guest accounts in compliance with credit policies, and handling various financial transactions such as refunds, discounts, and write-offs. You will also be responsible for investigating special collection problems, collaborating with financially responsible individuals when necessary to advise on credit policies and arrange payment for outstanding accounts. Additionally, you will recommend transferring guest accounts to the Delinquent Accounts section and maintain communication with other functions to facilitate the resolution of any issues related to collecting guest accounts receivable.
