We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Engineering Manager to join our team and lead multi-discipline Engineering Teams during EPC Tendering and Project Execution.
As the Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with clients and stakeholders, owning detailed engineering integrated planning, and executing plans efficiently. You must be well-versed in EPC project work sequences, activities, and deliverables for engineering disciplines at any project phase while understanding contract conditions. Your key responsibilities will include preparing Project Engineering Execution Plans for EPC Projects, planning multidiscipline engineering deliverables/activities during EPC Tendering and Project Execution, challenging working methods to ensure compliance with project scope, and developing manhour estimates and execution strategies for various disciplines during tender stages.
Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that project teams meet milestones and key performance indicators by driving compliance with requirements. You will also need to identify risks, implement mitigating actions where possible, understand Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) issues related to projects, develop manhour estimates for various disciplines during tender stages, implement EPC processes for continual improvement, and integrate engineering teams into detailed design work.
