Project Engineering Manager

As a Project Engineering Manager at ALSTOM, you will play a crucial role in managing the technical relationship with consortiums and clients to ensure the successful delivery of transportation projects. You will be responsible for validating system specifications, controlling system configuration and requirement management, managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle, and overseeing design progress. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Test & Commissioning, and R&D, you will lead and motivate the Engineering Project/Tender team to achieve project milestones effectively.

We are looking for individuals with a degree in Engineering or related field who possess experience or understanding of managing technical relationships with consortiums and clients. Knowledge of performance calculation methodologies, system specifications, system configuration, and requirement management is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills along with leadership qualities are key attributes we seek in candidates. The ability to coordinate with Test & Commissioning Managers for Validation, Testing, and Acceptance activities is crucial. A proven track record of leading engineering teams effectively and implementing engineering methods/tools will be highly valued.
