We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Workday Management, ensuring accurate employee details in areas such as compensation, benefits, leave entitlements, and organizational structures. You will enroll new employees in Workday following the Talent Acquisition Process (TAP) guidelines and address any troubleshooting requirements with the Global Workday team as necessary.
In addition to Workday Management, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide HR support by drafting onboarding and offboarding documents, conducting operational onboarding for new hires on various systems like Workday, Teambox, WeNet, SoSafe eLearning, Box.com, and IT protocols. You will also be responsible for creating accounts for new hires in Serviceplan, Teambox, and Workday. Furthermore, you will manage IT-related tasks such as maintaining Teambox support and overseeing global Persotool data accuracy while ensuring compliance with group-wide IT security protocols and SoSafe e-learning requirements.
