Reporting directly to the Director of Technical Operations, the Senior Manager will develop long-term capacity planning strategies for Line and Light Maintenance. This leadership role involves collaborating with stakeholders to forecast resources, optimize fleet availability, and control costs while ensuring compliance with CAR M, CAR 145, and EASA Part-145 regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team of production planners, schedulers, and technical staff to drive improvements in turnaround times, resource utilization, and cost efficiency through lean methodologies and technological solutions.
Key responsibilities include implementing operational effectiveness enhancements through lean methodologies and technology adoption. The Senior Manager will mentor their team to ensure high performance levels while promoting professional development and cross-departmental collaboration for seamless execution of production plans. Additionally, they will manage technical projects assigned by the Head of Technical Operations to ensure alignment with operational goals, timelines, and budgets.
