We are currently seeking a dedicated Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing structural/civil engineering deliverables such as calculations, design drawings, material take-offs, and other essential information. Collaborating with various departments within the organization, including Estimation, Procurement, and Construction, the Civil & Structural Engineer will ensure accurate scope of work for subcontractors and verify existing site conditions.
The successful candidate will have experience developing detailed designs and proposal designs for structural/civil-related projects while adhering to applicable standards and procedures set by Aramco. Conducting site surveys, collecting necessary data for design activities, verifying client-provided data like FEED packages and Soil Investigation Reports are crucial responsibilities of this role. Proficiency in using approved software by clients such as Saudi Aramco for civil/structural design calculations is required.
Additionally, the Civil & Structural Engineer will be responsible for preparing material take-offs, construction scope of work documents, structural design sketches for 2D drawing production, as well as managing MRs/TBEs and reviewing NMRs. Ensuring compliance with client specifications and international codes and standards is paramount in this role. The individual in this position must communicate effectively with the Project Management Team regarding any changes in scope to ensure project success.
