Senior Finance Manager

Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: - Oversee critical financial functions including accounting, taxation, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting. - Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards tailored to crypto-specific requirements. - Manage recharge processes and transfer pricing compliance for the Dubai entity. - Lead engagements with auditors and regulatory authorities ensuring clear financial reporting. - Provide financial forecasts and ROI analyses to support business development. - Localize cost management system to align with regional requirements. - Serve as a key leader in complying with regulatory requirements including coordination with VARA. - Support local banking infrastructure for smooth financial operations. - Monitor working capital and liquidity for financial stability. - Collaborate with executive leadership to define financial goals and strategies for organizational growth. - Identify and mitigate financial risks for sustainable operations.

Key Job Requirements:

• CPA Qualified with over 9 years of relevant experience in financial services or the crypto industry, specializing in derivatives, futures, options, and perpetual instruments.
