Senior Finance Manager

[Job Summary] This position closely works with HAEMEA’s finance leadership to ensure robust financial governance and compliance with the newly established company. The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for the overall organization’s financial operation, including analyzing and managing financial statements, overseeing detailed financial reporting, and managing day-to-day workflows efficiently. [Role and Responsibilities] - Managing Finance section of the HAEMEA. - Setting the overall financial affairs of the newly established company. - Preparation of the annual budget and business plan, conducting thorough financial analyses, and offering strategic recommendations to CFO and CEO. - Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local accounting/tax laws and regulations, while recommending and implementing best practices. This includes coordinating internal and external audits. - Management of finance operations for cross-border transactions. - Controlling Treasury operations including fund deposit and withdrawal.

Key Job Requirements:

• - BA in Finance, Accounting or related field required
• - MA in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
• - 6+ years of experience in Finance or related field

• - Proficiency in MS Office
• - Fluent in English (Required)
• - Intermediate in Korean and Arabic (Preferred)
• - Understanding of IT service industry
