We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced FP & A Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecasts. You will be responsible for conducting thorough variance analysis to evaluate performance against budgets and forecasts, as well as preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for management. Additionally, you will analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management while developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate for this position must be a CFA/ACCA/CPA/CA certified professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in drilling operations, is preferred. Key expertise required includes internal controls, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint presentations is essential for effectively presenting financial insights through data visualization tools like Power BI. Strong communication skills are also necessary for clear presentation of financial data.
