We are currently seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join our team following our successful fundraise. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will be instrumental in shaping Lean's growth trajectory through strategic financial planning and analysis. Your responsibilities will include running quarterly forecasting and budgeting cycles, developing long-term financial models, interpreting complex financial data for commercial guidance, conducting ROI analyses for investments in various areas such as product development and marketing, supporting fundraising initiatives and corporate development activities, as well as assisting with other strategic finance projects as required.
The ideal candidate must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and have previous experience with financial modeling and analysis roles within a SaaS or fintech environment. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting to senior stakeholders effectively. Corporate finance experience is advantageous, along with exposure to high-growth or high-change business environments.
