As the Senior HR & Recruiting Manager, your primary responsibilities will include leading full-cycle recruitment processes for both onshore and offshore positions, developing and executing HR strategies and talent acquisition plans, managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, implementing best practices in HR policies and compliance, driving employer branding efforts, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and staying abreast of global HR trends and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate for this position should have over 10 years of experience in HR & recruitment, preferably with a focus on IT recruitment. They must demonstrate proven expertise in both onshore & offshore hiring processes, possess fluency in spoken and written English, exhibit strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and talent management practices. Additionally, candidates should showcase hands-on experience with HR software tools, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms. Excellent leadership skills, negotiation abilities, communication proficiency are essential for success in this role.
