As a Senior Project Manager at Buttcon Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, tradespeople, and the public. You will promote Buttcon’s services and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure compliance with Buttcon’s Health and Safety Program by providing key leadership, setting examples for others to follow, and ensuring safety measures are implemented at all times.

In this role, you will also supervise, mentor, coach, and train project personnel to ensure that everyone is working efficiently and effectively towards project goals. You must demonstrate a thorough understanding of contract documents and ensure that all necessary permits, insurance policies, and bonding are in place before proceeding with any construction activities. Furthermore, you will assist in the tendering and awarding of trade contracts as well as convene pre-construction meetings to set the stage for successful project execution.
