As a Project Manager at Clayco, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of project management. You will work closely with the project team and preconstruction services to develop a Project Chart of Accounts and project site logistics plan. Additionally, you will assist the Superintendent in managing subcontractors and maintaining an understanding of the Clayco/Owner contract. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the submittal, change order, and pay request process, as well as generating project costs and Job Cost Reports.

In this role, you will contribute to analyzing and forecasting quarterly Total Cost Projection reports, monitoring project labor, reporting equipment needs, assisting in bidding projects during preconstruction services, implementing safety programs such as EEO and Affirmative Action initiatives. Moreover, you will participate in the quality process of projects and contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.
