Key responsibilities of the Project Manager position include project set-up, scheduling, cost control, conducting regular site meetings with subcontractors and consultants, preparing progress invoices/sub trade invoices, change orders management, and ensuring project closeout procedures are completed efficiently. Experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects are essential for this role.
