**Position Objective:**
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner with extensive experience in digital assets and blockchain technology to drive innovation in fintech. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, digital asset treasury management, regulatory compliance, and strong analytical skills to optimize financial operations while ensuring strategic growth across multiple jurisdictions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations focusing on digital asset transactions.
- Develop accounting policies specific to digital assets ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage digital asset treasury operations including risk assessment and liquidity management.
- Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities in the digital asset space.
- Implement internal controls for risk mitigation in digital asset transactions.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate blockchain tech into existing systems.
- Stay updated on changes in digital asset regulations across jurisdictions.

**Requirements:**
**Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
