As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations for our FMCG business in Dubai and India. Your main duties will include developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business goals, leading budgeting and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance, preparing consolidated financial statements and regulatory filings, monitoring costs and profitability, ensuring efficient cash flow management, and managing taxation compliance in both regions.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Finance or a related field along with at least 10 years of experience in finance within the UAE market. Strong knowledge of UAE and India financial regulations, VAT/GST laws, and compliance frameworks is essential. Additionally, expertise in financial planning, cost management, risk assessment, ERP systems management, and excellent analytical skills are required.

Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CFA. Experience in mergers & acquisitions or strategic financial initiatives would be advantageous.
