In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of investment funds, ensuring precise control over capital contribution calls, and delivering regular reports for our esteemed client based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Director of Treasury within the Finance Department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational controls, managing inquiries related to investment fund operations, and ensuring compliance with settlement processes and timelines.

Key responsibilities include validating capital contribution calls, handling internal and external inquiries efficiently, monitoring cash movements and positions accurately, reconciling transactions with counterparties meticulously, preparing regular reports on fund activities, conducting due diligence on target investment funds, addressing audit queries effectively, and ensuring adherence to KYC and AML regulations. Additionally, you will assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position is a university graduate with an accounting background and at least 3 years of experience in investment fund operations. Strong analytical skills along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Experience working with Kyriba TMS is required while familiarity with treasury or portfolio management systems is advantageous. Candidates available immediately or within 30 days of accepting the offer will be given preference.
