We are currently seeking a Technical Engineer to join our team at our Mahape location in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will hold a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in auditing & risk assessment, fabrication, welding, NDT techniques, manufacturing processes (machining, casting, electro-mechanical assembly), as well as ISO Standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001). Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as 8D, RCA, Containment Activities is essential for this role.
The successful candidate must possess strong analytical & technical knowledge along with good communication & negotiation skills. Collaborative and interpersonal skills are crucial for working effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Additionally, the ability to travel on short notice is required to support suppliers in improving quality standards. Key responsibilities include supporting suppliers in enhancing quality standards while ensuring compliance with technical manufacturing processes & validations.
