Program Lead

NES Fircroft, a renowned engineering staffing provider with over 100 years of experience, is seeking a Projects Lead to manage and enhance learning programs and key projects for OL&CM. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating Learning assets on the GMS/GQ Learning Portal, Veeva & LMS in collaboration with ID & LMS Admin colleagues. Additionally, they will support skilling and capability development projects by assisting with project planning, execution, and providing valuable data analytics to inform strategies.

The role entails managing SharePoint sites to ensure they are up-to-date and user-friendly while engaging the multi-generational workforce in enhanced learning experiences using cutting-edge technologies. The Projects Lead will play a crucial role in communicating about learning programs, supporting key skilling projects across GMS/GQ, and partnering with OL&CM Leads to create information sharing packs for learning leads calls. Moreover, collaborating with instructional designers to create adaptive learning content aligned with role-specific requirements is essential.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in training, knowledge management, instructional design, AI tools & SharePoint management. A robust knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance is required. A Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering discipline is preferred along with experience in deploying KM strategies in global biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong technical/systems background and training qualifications are desirable.
