As the Lead Data Manager, you will oversee all data management activities for large, complex studies with minimal supervision. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, company departments, clients, and vendors regarding clinical data management aspects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating data management activities related to EDC development, data collection, cleaning, reconciliation, database lock, and final integrated database generation.
In addition to managing study documents and developing project-specific guidelines and instructions, you will be responsible for training Assistant Data Managers and providing project-specific training to investigators and clinical teams. Ideal candidates for this position should have a college or university degree with at least 3 years of experience in international EDC studies. Proficiency in CDM/EDC systems such as Medidata Rave or Oracle Inform is preferred. Strong organizational and managerial skills are essential for success in this role.
