Job Description
Position Summary:
Oversees financial performance and risk management while ensuring all regulatory obligations are met; Responsible for managing the company's business operations as well as defining its overall vision. Strategically leading company operations, marketing, finance, creating company culture, human resources, etc.
Basic tasks:
Strategic Leadership: Developing and defining the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Work closely with the Board of Directors and Chairman to define long-term goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them. Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
Decision Making: Responsible for making key decisions that affect the company's performance and direction. This includes decisions regarding investments, mergers and acquisitions, resource allocation, organizational structure and key business initiatives. Analyze problematic situations and events and provide solutions to ensure the company's survival and growth. Maintain deep knowledge of the company's markets and industry related to the professional and local workforce.
Corporate Governance: Ensuring that the company operates in accordance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations, company policies and procedures, and ethical standards. Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish governance policies and practices and provide regular updates on the company's performance. Engage in building client relationships and effectively manage client contract negotiations and legal compliance.
Financial Management: Oversees the financial health of the organization. Work with the finance team to develop and manage the budget, monitor financial performance, and make strategic financial decisions to support company growth and profitability. Increase revenues and income and implement operating cost controls in the areas of staffing, supplies, purchased services, etc.
Stakeholder Management: Represents the company to various stakeholders, including employees, clients, and customers. Foster strong stakeholder relationships, a collaborative and supportive work environment, and effectively communicate company goals, progress, and challenges.
Team Management: Builds and leads a high-performance implementation team. Collaborate closely with other executives and managers in the organization to achieve company goals. Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members. Provide clear and consistent communications with department/project managers and relevant implementation team.
Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks, including financial risks that may affect a company's operations or reputation. Develop risk mitigation strategies, establish internal controls, and ensure proper compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
External Relations: Represents the company in the external business environment. This includes attending industry events, participating in public speaking opportunities, participating in community initiatives, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Innovation and Adaptation: Promotes a culture of innovation and adaptation within the organization. Encourage creativity and forward-thinking, foster a learning mindset, and drive initiatives to keep the company competitive in a rapidly changing business landscape.
Performance evaluation: Monitoring the performance of all departments and units. Regularly evaluates the company's performance against its goals and objectives. Use key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring reports, and other metrics to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions including necessary adjustments to strategies and operations. Recognize and reward employee contributions. Ensures that the company is staffed with well-trained, high-quality and committed employees at all times; Works closely with the Operations team to develop effective hiring, training and compensation plans to retain our high-quality talent. Leads and directs employees, engaging and empowering them to be successful in serving clients and customers.
Responsibilities of the Quality Management System and Environment, Health and Safety Management System (mandatory for all employees)
Understand and comply with all applicable requirements (legal and other)
Understand and comply with QMS/ESMS related requirements, objectives and Quality/ESHS policy.

Stay aware of management risks and opportunities and address those opportunities effectively for continuous improvement.
Another responsibility f contacts, maintain substantial pipeline and build effective relationships in the marketplace to generate opportunities for new business in collaboration with Business Development team.
Collaborate with legal team to prepare the business development agreements with favorable terms that protect the interests of Organization.
Maintain effective relationships with partners and ensure profitable business continuity.

Work experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of management experience including extensive commercial lending/credit administration experience. Proven track record of success in leading and growing a company.
In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. ERP experience will be added advantage.
In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
Education Requirements/ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and master’s degree preferred in business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
