Our company, a new government entity in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team in the Makkah Province. We are committed to ensuring efficient grains storage, transportation, and distribution activities across our branches. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing real-time coordination within our cluster of branches while aligning operations with centrally designed master planning.

Responsibilities for this role include managing and coordinating grains storage, transport, and distribution activities across branches. You will utilize dashboards and monitoring tools to ensure operational alignment with master planning. Additionally, you will collaborate with maintenance departments to address operational issues promptly and implement contingency plans to maintain operational continuity during disruptions.

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will monitor key performance indicators related to operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead initiatives to increase operational efficiency by introducing automation and reducing reliance on manual processes.
