Our client, a leading government entity in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Director to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and foster growth in key sectors such as economy, tourism, culture, sports, investment, and commerce. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from leading Big 4 firms or PIF (Public Investment Fund) to spearhead high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to support organizational objectives in the specified sectors. Your role will involve providing thought leadership and insights to shape initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Leveraging your sector expertise, you will analyze trends and challenges while recommending actionable strategies to enhance the organization's competitive positioning.
Additionally, you will lead complex advisory engagements, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, build relationships with key stakeholders, represent the organization in high-level forums and meetings, oversee large-scale projects from planning to execution, mentor team members for excellence and continuous improvement, and ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field along with a Master’s degree or professional certifications. You must have at least 10-15 years of experience in advisory services at Big 4 firms or PIF with a proven track record of leading initiatives in various sectors. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
