As the Director of Strategy & Organizational Performance, you will play a crucial role in designing and establishing organization balance scorecards at both the corporate and business unit levels. Your responsibilities will include developing performance management systems aligned with the company's objectives, overseeing the implementation of organizational performance strategies, and monitoring progress through key performance indicators (KPIs). You will collaborate with various divisions within the company to ensure alignment with stakeholders and company scorecards while identifying risks and proposing alternative approaches for effectiveness.
Ideal candidates for this position should have experience in formulating growth strategies and leading transformation programs. Additionally, certification as an EFQM Professional would be advantageous. As a full-time employee at Findr, you will be part of our Corporate Planning department, contributing to consulting efforts related to strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, and overall organizational performance enhancement.
