Sobha Constructions, a rapidly growing construction company in the Middle East, is dedicated to setting new quality standards in the industry. We are seeking a Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead our finance and accounts verticals with precision and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.

As the Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts, you will oversee various financial aspects including monthly closing, accounts payable and receivable, audits, financial reporting, cost accounting, VAT compliance, inventory management, and MIS. Your role will involve managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, corporate offices, and cross-functional leaders.

The ideal candidate for this position should have 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership roles. Holding a professional accounting certification like Chartered Accountant (1st Attempt) is required. Strong communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and partners are essential. Experience in revenue recognition IFRS 15 and lease accounting IFRS 16 would be advantageous. Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting ERP systems is preferred.

Key Job Requirements:
