We are currently seeking a Director - RWE (Real-World Evidence) for META who will manage and coach a team of specialists to meet local RWE/HTA requirements and projects. This role involves collaborating internally across functions such as PRA/MA/CA and Marketing, as well as externally. The ideal candidate will serve as an SME contributing value by ensuring timely delivery of appropriate RWE solutions beneficial to payers, providers, and patients. With extensive knowledge in clinical, economic, and patient reported outcomes methodologies, the Director will monitor environmental developments, identify opportunities, and build strategic relationships while adhering to internal processes.
Responsibilities include coaching the HEOR & RWE team, attracting top talent, fostering high potential culture within the team, ensuring compliance with standards/policies, providing cross-functional leadership/strategy embedment within Lilly's framework. The successful candidate must have an advanced degree in relevant disciplines like economics or health administration with experience in HEOR & RWE project management. Strong communication skills, analytical capabilities in observational research/economic evaluation models are essential. Travel may be required up to 20%, fluency in English is necessary.
