We are currently seeking a passionate Key Account Manager specializing in Hematology and Nephrology to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with top-tier medical professionals, build lasting relationships with key opinion leaders, and drive sales success within the UAE market. As the Key Account Manager for Hematology/Nephrology at Sobi, your responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans to boost sales growth in these therapeutic areas. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities within the territory, providing product education to healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal utilization of our solutions. Moreover, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess a University Degree in pharmaceutical science along with a minimum of two years' experience in a commercial/access position within a multinational bio/pharmaceutical company. You should have prior experience working with Hematologists and/or Nephrologists as well as strong presentation, communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Additionally, proficiency in negotiating prices and conditions with key stakeholders such as Hospital Pharmacists is essential.
